Yes Randy here is the reason this was suspended the DAY after the SEC dropped the hammer on him. If Cesar who runs the company, never been in trouble in his life and has serious serious assets he can show the SEC than yes we will be fine.

Regarding the other ticker, well that has many many more issues.

Here's the problem. A premium is paid for clean tickers. Once a ticker has associated actions against it, its value drops dramatically. Not because the action is in any way related to the new owner but because the appearance of the action turns off skittish pinky players. It's just a case of guilt by association.

Once damaged, many of these tickers just go the way of the dodo.

This one is especially heinous with it's associations including Randy Hamdan, Joel Stohlman, Billy Chabaan, et al.
