Now this can get confusing so hopefully I simplify it enough for it to make sense.
The 3rd entity down in the picture is the original Intermountain Orient Inc entity. It was incorporated as The Leisure Lodge West Inc incoporated in 1973
Then on On June 24, 2002 Downer merged his The Rocky Mountain Company entity (1973 entity) into the his Intermountain Orient Inc entity (1982) combining the two separate entities together with Intermountain Orient Inc (the 1982 entity) being the surviving entity of the merger
James Michael Clements became an executive officer of the above mentioned entities (1973 entity and 1982 entity) in 1989 prior to them merging together into one entity.
On December 2, 2015 James Michael Clements incorporated Future Intermountain Orient Inc (the 2nd entity down in the picture)
On January 4, 2016, Clements change the name of his Future Intermountain Orient Inc entity to Intermountain Orient Inc which was now available since the original Intermountain Orient Inc entity (1973 and 1982 merged entity) had changed its name back to The Rocky Mountain Company
This new Intermountain Orient Inc does not list Dennis Downer as an officer, but Dennis Downer does remain the president/CEO of the old Intermountain Orient Inc entity from 1973 which now goes by the name The Rocky Mountain Company.
I was kind of curious why a new entity called Intermountain Orient Inc was created and also curious about if they don't merge the old entity now called The Rocky Mountain Company into the new Intermountain Orient Inc entity then does the new Intermountain Orient Inc entity contain any of the old business operations?
