so are MM pushing new shares into market and how long? i saw yesterday and today weird algo or bot selling 100 block of shares.. is this the way how the PPS is keeping falling down.

Sandridge, it seems like you are pretty good at math. What would be helpful is if you would pro-forma the 2015 GAAP statements as if traditional debt financing was used for the acquisitions so we could see if the company would be better off without the "bad behavior". Chase extended the company a significant credit facility recently. Maybe they see something you don't? Maybe also a re-read of the Modigliani-Miller theorem might change your perspective about how the company finances it's growth.

I was wondering what share count is used to determine market cap?

We have 4 different numbers in the K:

In order of appearance:

1) 19,762,844
2) 18,320,535
3) 16,966,921
4) 23,709,210 shares.

Then we have your calculation of circa 19,3MM

What I dont understand is how did the "basic share" count in the statement of operations decrease from 17,756,967 in the Q3 report to 16,966,921 3 months later? Buyback?
