Since we really don't know, maybe one persons 1.2 billion front loaded scam could be one companies open market purchase for 1.2 billion shares at pps of .0002 worth a grand total of $240,000. Just saying, not much money to make this the hugest OTC reverse merger ever. I am trying to not buy into either just waiting to see the filings any day now. TALK
