Agree, we don't know what's in these final filings. If a company says it plans to uplist in a PR before filings, I logically am going to say very positive news coming. TALK

I'm thinking a combination of the two. Buying back shares now while the PPS is still cheap will reduce the supply, which will only drive up the price.
