Umm, Bredow and the whole BOD resigned from DSUS, citing fraud, illegal promotion, unknown note conversions, and other nasty deeds discovered.

The SEC has announced prosecution of principals and more indictments forthcoming, IMO.

There is nothing left of this fraudulent shell, and nothing real existed since inception - nothing but another intricate scheme to fleece the public and transfer money to the perps of this scheme.

This has been a fraudulent scam from day one continuing into the present day.
