He is running the Company?? When did this all happen?

Don't they have to do an 8k or something if Chance left?? Or is it because they are a pink sheet company that they don't have to??

Now I am really, really glad I left this POS!! Fell apart at the seams when Oil tanked, I knew it would if oil prices stayed low too long, way over leveraged with debt!
