You can take these two things to the bank..

1. Mark would not 'float' this out there (pun intended) unless he liked what he was hearing.

2. When numbers are put on this, it will cost more.

If you can not see how huge this is, there is something seriously wrong with you. You do not understand the positive impact that this will have.

IMO, Mark does not play games with words. I see this PR as nothing more than updating the progress with an indication it may have a positive affect on CAPEX. Of course nothing is final until it is.

Mark's enthusiasm for this project is contagious. I love that in a leader!!
