While it is complete operationally, as far as the market is concerned it isn't done until the appropriate filings are issued which they were given a 71 day window to complete.

Now, if the deadline isn't met would that unwind the merger, no it would not imo.

Are the companies operating as one, yes imo.

Will the companies still be operating as one after the deadline if it isn't met, yes imo.

Even IR at this point, David Levy himself says filings will seal the deal with market.

UMS would remain a private subsidiary until filings could be completed if the 71 days isn't met, which again in my opinion all the filings will be released before the deadline.

Too much at risk for the company at this point to not to get this right. Is it the end of the world for TALK's future if they miss the deadline, I don't believe that, no one should believe that. TALK
