They would need to pull about $5 billion out of thin air for that to happen. They will have to do it the old fashioned way. They will need to earn it. I am looking forward to seeing how the debt forgiveness goes. That will be important. I thought it would have happened by now, but as we all know, everything is written in shifting sands. Patience will be tested.
