No, what you saw is not manipulation, the ask can easily be below the last trading price, especially in garbage stocks that are being dumped. Why in the world would you see that as "manipulation"? Stating this is showing your lack of understanding of the workings of the market. Why do you believe an ask cannot be under the last trade? Can you show any reputable stock information website that says this must be the case? If not, how did you come up with this theory?

Besides that, the one question I like to pose is, if you know that IMSC is controlled and manipulated:

1) then why are you investing in it?
2) if you know it's happening then why aren't you positioned (in this case short) to profit from it?

In the ten years I've been asking that, I haven't seen one rational response and I don't ever expect to see one!

Browning,

I had to put that creature on ignore almost
immediately, and I can only recommend you
do the same.

I simply cannot tolerate that kind
of constant shrill screeching.
