Picked this info on internet on patent application, don't know how reliable but:

"Patent Pending
While your patent application is pending (after the patent application is filed but before the patent is granted) you will have patent pending status. You are not required to wait until you obtain a patent to start exploiting (making, marking, selling, licensing, etc.) your invention. You can begin doing so after the patent application is filed, as long as the patent application fully describes and covers all the elements of your invention that you intend to disclose and use publicly."

Now that patent has been published is that enough for them to make a partnership on Rexista with PODRAS or will they be waiting until patent is granted?

There's a lot of moving parts when considering both versions of any potential Rexista partnerships and the extent of the ongoing behind the scenes negotiations.

1 of these days though when it's all made clear we're going to see which partner they ultimately selected then we never look back:)

You can look up the publication on the uspto.gov website

http://appft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PG01&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=%2220160022590%22.PGNR.&OS=DN/20160022590&RS=DN/20160022590

To get the status of an application, you need the application number: PCT/CA2015/050567 and access to the Pair System

http://www.uspto.gov/patents-application-process/checking-application-status/check-filing-status-your-patent-application

I don't believe however this application is available for public viewing yet.
