If Purdue wants Rexista with PODRAS we're talkin' blockbuster partnership of colossal proportions...and makes the fact that IPCI continues to state that they have another 20 opiate NDA candidates in their pipeline all the more intriguing!

Purdue definitely feels the gigantic change in landscape...so would be awesome if unbeknownst to any of us Purdue and a handful of other giants have been negotiating for not only Rexista, but rexista with PODRAS and IPCI's next 20 opiate NDA's!!!

You would not sign a deal like this UNTIL patent has been issued, nor would you sign it and make it conditional on patent issuance, you would come to an agreement on terms, cross all the t's, dot all the i's, and be ready to sign on the dotted line as soon as patent is issued.

C'mon patent office - start issuing
