thanks digiwench. That was a good analogy...but I'm still confused, and English is not my second language...I'm merely reading the legal document....

just one more question, the potential payments in para 2.6 are to "holders of company shares"...literally...

Para 2.2a, page 24, defines company shares as "company capital stock". Company capital stock is CVSU stock, as the "company" is defined as CVSU on the top of page 14.

Tried calling Rufus and Ben Stanley (investor relations)using the number listed in the 8-k. Both were cell phone numbers and their voice mails were full, so I couldn't leave a msg...
