And many people do not understand the difference between authorized and outstanding. They trade under the assumption that if they are authorized that the company is now selling those shares into the market - NOT TRUE. It is a good thing that they have them authorized and sitting there at the ready. It is a sign that the company officers have a positive outlook. Those shares can be used once the price is much higher to expand operations and grow the business. There is no way they are going to put them into the market at this level.

This is incredibly misleading. There is no arcana that can divine a silver lining out of these events.

Look at the past 52 historical performance

You're insane or stupid if you think those 15BIL won't find their way into the market over time.

Shareholder value will continue to be decimated.

This is setting up for an R/S and more dilution.

'Invest' if you are into gambling and losing money.

This stock is junk for flippers looking for a quick buck, and for Joel to scam his fat lazy ass into a paycheck.

Cryptic G&A cost as well? Please do not be naive and invest here. Don't waste your hard earned money on a PROVEN loser.

You may as well try to gamble somewhere else where there's still hope.
