That's Exactly Correct And many people do not understand the difference between authorized and outstanding. They trade under the assumption that if they are authorized that the company is now selling those shares into the market - NOT TRUE. It is a good thing that they have them authorized and sitting there at the ready. It is a sign that the company officers have a positive outlook. Those shares can be used once the price is much higher to expand operations and grow the business. There is no way they are going to put them into the market at this level.
