You can think the dilution is not done and no one has said it was...what is being said is that there is NO MASS dilution coming and thats wrong.
All one needs to do is look at what previous management did in 2015 and you will see there are or were notes to be paid. But for the most part they are paid...there are small ones left...
As for 5 billion being bad... my question is do you full understand what the need for a authorized share number that large is for. If your simply under the impression that is for issuing shares then there is no point in conversing with you. Many companys be it penny stocks or big boards have large AS numbers for the reason of protection, growth and financial security when creating its products.
Having 5 billion shares is not the issue...its what they do with them that matters. Previous management was reckless with this company...but there are now new people in place that are here to make this more then a piggy bank. Its a matter of saying your willing to gamble on a sub penny stock... or not.
If you dont like what they may due to enhance the value of your investment..then all you need to do is pass and move on to another one. After all, there aren't many people around who wouldn't say investing in sub penny stock is a big gamble. This is no exception, its all about the risk - reward...if you know the facts...really know them then you can say, as I do, that the risk here is less then in many of the others out there.
