Who are "they" and why would "they" want to do that. It is entirely possible that the OS is growing and this is simply dilution albeit at a somewhat higher pps level than usual.
e.g. .0004 to .0005 vs .0001 to .0002
Nobody here wants to address both the transfer agent issue and the current and unknown OS. The beauty of it is that "they" don't have to say anything. jmo
