Great. More CUSIPs junking up my portfolio. Still waiting on the last 'divi'/'spinoff' to become available for trading. When can we receive an answer other than soon?!? Soon?
This is our third spin-off so far and second in 2016. We are expecting more to follow.
Is it really considered a spin-off if no S1 is filed ..for any of them? All they are churning out is bad company after bad company. It's great that FUTL was at $15-$20 when they "SPUN" but now a year later and it is STILL untradable, it's at .28 and they had the balls to tell us .."hey dont worry..any losses you made on FWDG will be more than made up with FUTL" . It's great that CBSC is sitting at $1 a share... will we see it once and if it's ever tradable? Doubt it, IMO.
