We are counting days to all notes being converted and PR should follow from the company. . I talked to CEO last Thursday and he confirmed that there is going to be a public statement this week but honestly I think he waits until dilution is done which actually could be this week..
And if no more notes on books is confirmed, we all know what that means.. their balance sheets with sales, positive net income and share structure with OS around 50M means huge winner here.
