A CEO that was competent in the U.S. markets expectations would never had to go into the toxic debt spiral that Peter Ntephe dragged us into. He may very well be a genius, but in the U.S. market where our shares trade he is an incompetent fool.

I'm not saying it was intentional, since glut oil is the major cause in not getting decent funding, but I'm sure they did not mind to buy this depressed stock at these levels. And more important: SEO did not mind them buying at these levels.

Will they be laughing all the way to the bank within 2 months?

Is that the reason they do not care about 'informing' you and your retail investor friends about anything that is not obligatory? They have SO MANY outside expertise legal advisors, that if they do not address certain things, be sure they don't have to...
