jamesgms, Peregrine's anti-PS IP is only worth something if drugs based on the concepts prove valuable in the clinic. Sadly, Bavi's flop in Sunrise has done nothing to support the IP value.
Does the IP have value? I hope so, but until Bavi or betabodies or something else proves it in the clinic, the IP has little value IMO.
GLTA, Paul
No. 1 - and I would hope everyone clearly understands this - Sunrise most certainly did not flop in any way, shape, or form, as PPHM has repeatedly and clearly stated. The Treatment Arm performed as expected - while the Control Arm blew away all expectations and historical norms going back decades. It is now Dr. Garnick's MISSION to discover and explain exactly how and why this "out of left field" response took place - we should hear from him sometime in the very near future. I would only hope that not too many "irregularities" are discovered.
No. 2 - and most important - if the IP had no value - then what do you think is going on in the minds of Dr. Birge, Dr. Brekken, those at MSK, at NCCN, and of course at AZN?
The first deal is coming. And with it - VALIDATION.
