Karin, there is no doubt, in my mind anyway, that it was indeed the Rosen filing that did the most damage. The article was written by an acknowledged shorter of CTIX and any investor that has done his or her DD wouldn't have been fazed. The share price would've recovered in a couple of weeks, especially after the subsequent trial/company news that has come out.
We have had some really positive news in the last few weeks/months and not much to show for it and very little volume...just seems reasonable to infer that investors are waiting...better to be safe in other words.
Hopefully the Judge will make the correct decision, as she seems to be leaning and soon. I also hope the dismissal will get national attention as what the company/patients (and investors) experienced was morally and ethically misguided, to say the least.
