Old news my friend, and let me tell you a secret... A/S means nothing, O/S and float are what counts, and until we hear from them O/S IS 126 mill, But for the sake of argument lets call it 3X what it is now... So around 450 ish

O/S under one (1) billion flies to multi pennies FAST

Was in one with 2.5 billion, Ran from 0001-0054 within TWO WEEKS

It's not super low anymore

To be even more clearer, A/S is 5 billion as of January 6 2016. You're three months to late.

So, Yes it's still LOW... As long as the O/S and Float is NOT 5 billion, This will run to multi pennies with the slightest bit of buying pressure on the 2's and 3's IMHO
