This are short-term reactions. Often a hype keeps a short time until the price starts to drop again. Just really good and trustworthy news by a microcap can stop a new drop. Of course .04 was very low, but a drop down to .06 is a big danger still.
I am just happy that my buy at .06 in 2012 did not disappear in Nirvana LOL
