Of course it is. That is the only real thing about MNGG. It is difficult to continue to run a fake company when it is under active investigation by the SEC.

There are still a few that cling to the hope that Joel has some kind of gold mining business in Ghana. Amazing.

No gold. No revenue. Joel was not the one that went to Ghana a year ago, although he is good at pretending. The only thing in Ghana that is real is a broken down excavator and some cheap-ass t-shirts modeled by the local guys.
