So at this point my conclusion is KSWJ must be their own T/A .

It's not as simple as that. After all, you have to know HOW to be a TA in order to do the job. I doubt our miscellaneous missing Russians are up to that. Given that the old TA seems to have quit (does that tell you anything?), he would either have sent the logs back to the company or to the new TA.

The SEC tends to frown on penny stock companies that do their TA work in-house.
