So are you saying that the info circulating is a bunch of BS or are you saying that this is stuff that happened in the past, but now everything is good?

It seems apparent to me from the November 2011 Shareholder letter, and the date Jerry Overcash was brought on the BOD, that Jerry Overcash came to SHOM, did not disclose his direct affiliation with Frank Moody, who is a scammer, and proceeded to propose to Jeff to merge with a DC company with 7 mil in revenue, that he knew full well had a pending litigation with his partner Frank Moody that he hoped would be missed in the due diligence process. When Jeff figured it out, he SH*T CANNED Overcash and gave Frank Moody the Bird, and decided to move on and be faced with the fall out from this on his own. Basically Jerry's intent was to Scam Jeff, and Jeff caught him. Shortly after, Overcash and Moody were indicted in another scheme. Case and point, SLAM DUNK. Jeff has always had the best interests out there for this company, and even if people didn't see it back then, Jeff saved SHOM from a disaster. All IMO, but it doesn't seem disputable given the evidence. Others have said that if given evidence disproving these old articles they would cease and desist, knowing they wouldn't all along because they have and agenda and didn't think it could be disproven. Well, sorry baby, IT'S BEEN DONE.

That is true underground in fact, Mr. Overcash sued SHOM and Jeff let the share holders know about it and the legal cost in a letter to the share holders (very transparent). By the way, the stock was in penny land before the merger failed. It was under SHOM's old ticker.
