the O/S has tripled since last September, and is steadily increasing. they would have been forced into R/S if they didn't have the otc/bb option. now they can dilute this into oblivion, and it looks like it won't stop anytime soon. way too much debts. sure they've slowed down the cash -burn rate, but it's still high as hell.
