$DIDG : Well its APPARENT NOW that they DIDN'T LIQUIDATE...
It's also a FACT that they called out MARTY'S BLUFF in Jan of 2015, about the "AMZN" deal!

They FLAGGED US IMMEDIATELY after they found out about Marty's P&D (incidentally using a similar count down clock)!

I already dug up & saw most of the negative stuff, but I think its a pretty simple & clear cut case

1. Win the Court case or

2. Get a Summary Judgement for a no show win by Default

3. Lose the case & Appeal asap


I think # 1&2 are more likely


based on their confidence in what they have done so far, and their Public Tweets like the ones below
