Also, why is the price declining, this type of manipulation is alleged when the price is increasing. Too funny!

Before the excuses here at DECN included market makers, short sellers and flippers.

Now someone believes that a "long" is manipulating the price higher for two pennies.

Declining price? Not for a while now. When the line on the chart is going up and to the right it means the price is increasing...
