Prove it. They can not and do not skirt the $2.50 share margin requirement. Matters not that they are offshore.

Which is why there is no retail shorting in subpenny garbage like TALK. A minimum $15,000 margin means one could only short 6000 shares... Max profit potential of a whopping $12 at .002..... Yup, makes sense to me!!!
