Can you please explain what "spoofying the bid" (your term) is, and the purpose of this as it relates specifically to DECN?

I've held a securities license, traded hundreds of individual securities on some of the best trading platforms, but I've never come across this term when trading individual stocks.

Please educate all of us in detail, and please include links as it relates to DECN.

You sure it is 60K, and not my buy that is in!! at this price DECN is still is a HUGE BUY all the way up to $10 - then maybe I'll hold off and let it settle down a bit. GLA IMO
