I'm sure filed by the same type of individuals that filed the FAKE BK case. Money hungry people looking for a free hand out that made poor business decisions and because of so think all the shareholders should suffer.
Most likely supported by the Hedge Funds, NSS and HALLIN PLAINTIFF's.
It'll be like winning the Powerball Lottery if this goes belly up with 356 M NSS out there.
Again, no proof that any of this is true. Investors know these are allegations that must be proven factual in a court of law. Not on social media.
And yes, there could be NSS shares as there is no exact method of determining how many there are.
I'm sure investors are going to trust Investopedia, researched and written by professional in the industry who is truly out to protect the investment community over the people who put out the FTD sheets. The same one's ripping us off.
