Indeed, no new shares have hit the market other than those that were part of the covert deal.

The market was well aware of the convert deal, so YOU were incorrect!

And the recent restructuring reduced the dilution from that convert!

Facts are really important things when spreading information about public companies, at least my wife at the SEC says so!
