Yes. It will affect that total Assets Value significantly! FEECQ would at least use $3.289M Cash to settle all the lawsuits filed by the shareholders!

30.797M-0.0002 x 634K-0.0003 now. FEECQ is up 50% so far at the joke low 0.0003 now v.s. the 52-week high was 0.039 which is 130 Times of the current rididuclous low price! The float available for trading is less than 100M shares!

FEECQ was Hyper Oversold most recently and was Hyper Undervalued now!

As in liquidating assets? It could. But keep in mind, the last valuations were when oil was well above $68. These assets are impaired further since the last financial report by the issuer.
