It's beyond me. I thought I had it figured correctly. Just goes to show us how\, right when we think we have it figured out, the market forces continue to push it another way.
One think I firmly believe is it has to come back to realty sooner or later. If you are on the right side of the trade (and currently I am not) watch and lock in profits when it turns.
