What you posted are the original GDXJ listing requirements. Thought they changed, yet cannot find the GDXJ info webpage as currently all Van Eck pages forward to the same central web page right now.

Sept. 15, 2014, Van Eck sold BAA from GDXJ as the $75M capitalization requirement was breached lower.

I have searched yet cannot seem to find a site which lists the GDXJ participation and capitalization requirements for new acquisition entry into the fund.

Do you have link to anything GDXJ or Van Eck which states this ETF's listing requirements?
