Investor Day Presentation - machine estimation

Arcam has been very conservative, almost to a fault, when talking about specific machine sales estimates.

As this is one of the slides from the Investor Day Power Point, I view this information as completely reliable as an estimation at this time.

Tom, the recalculation is internal...

Tom, you will recall a few months ago (take a look at the posts around December 7th, 2015) on this board we were doing some calculations as to how many machines would be needed to produce the LPT blades on the GE9x engines. We were using as our assumptions the blades contained in all 7 sections of the LPT. That was in error as EBM will only be used in 2 of those sections. I don't recall you or anyone else at the time pointing out that Arcam was only going to get 2 sections... If so I missed it and the 2 sections only is new news to me...

It has been my understanding that the conditions in the HPT did not lend itself to EBM blades but was under the impression that the they could be used in the LPT, none of the documentation I read specified that only 2 sections in the LPT could use them.
