They do. And as you have stated the fact that they do is all over the news.

Im not speaking in circles at all. I am stating a fact. Chinese companies can steal our IP from ANY LOCATION IN THE WORLD.
The threat is not made any less or more because the location is in VN.
Unless you can show me a list of Vietnamese based companies that are having the Chinese steal from them any more than from any other country.
And no Rayo did not bring up china. The topic was brought up just as mojo said. HE brought it up the instant VN was mentioned over a year ago. It has been a repeated scare tactic here ever since.
