With this new agreement the Company can:

1) delay the payment

2) gain 1 year to sell the non-core assets

3) avoid the "escape" of the Management.

That's not good for the people who were waiting for immediate results.

But LUK has not interest in killing the goose, until the golden egg production goes on.
