$TRN Trinity Industries (NYSE:TRN) says Scott Beasley, currently Group CFO of its construction, energy, marine and components businesses, will become the future CFO of the new infrastructure company it plans to spin off.
TRN says Senior VP and CFO James Perry will remain in his current role following completion of the planned spinoff.
TRN recently named Mexichem CEO Antonio Carrillo as CEO of the new infrastructure company.
