Without having all of the figures IMO we could avoid any further dilution and begin getting rid of some of the shares we have with possibly 75k of subs. By not spending horrendous amounts of money for more than 10 DCs and advertising, and simply allow the revenue from subs to pay the bills, they won't have to sell shares. IMO keeping management from wanting to conquer the world will be the problem ahead. Just build it up to be a profit making company and take what steps are necessary to stay current with technology and pay the bills. I would be overjoyed if we were to ever get to 1 million subs while keeping expenses well in check. At the same time the books and other sales like the ipod downloads will also help and also keep the name out there.

You know, I have never looked, but I bet there are dozens and dozens of booksellers on the internet and I have never known but 2 names. Being King of the Hill does not always mean you are more successful. It may just mean you splurged and spent and borrowed all your money to get there and when faced with a downturn, bankruptcy.

anywho, the only way dilution will cease is if the company experiences substantial sub growth AND retention. I think the retention part is becoming favorable as the service seems to be improving daily and the company appears to be on the right track adding DC's and improving the website...as for sub growth, the company is still developing ways to gain subs...JMHO
