MM are manipulating the stock! MM's are doing their job, making a market.
Movement here is simple fluctuations in buy/sell pressure/volume

Shorts are scrambling! Nope. Zero retail shorts, and insignificant MM shorting

Uplisting! Absolutely Impossible, as TALK is not a listed security
