I sorta get it, but the implication is that the proximity would somehow benefit any mine development at Hay Mountain. Which it wouldn't.

And, of course, there is that little matter of a discovery at Hay Mountain first......which hasn't happened.

Regardless, $3 copper would sure help that "neighbor", and I am pulling for them.
