The thing we have to be on the alert for with these pennies is the increase in authorized shares. Most of the time, the controlling interest in the company is with insiders and they do not need the approval of the common shareholder to vote to increase the A/S. However, according to stushy, they are producing revenue so there should be no need to dilute. If that proves to be the case, and the company exists on its own revenue stream, this thing could explode.
