What would a Federal Judge think if a defense lawyer confused a complaint submitted by a private Attorney acting as a trustee in a bankruptcy case, for a complaint submitted by the SEC or other Federal agency??

Doc Levi ... If it makes it to that point Treaty most likely will be dismissed if not prior to.

Treaty is cooperating with the SEC in the investigation of the Fab 41. It is argued they are not, but the only proof that can be provided is almost a year old. Many thing happen in a year.

For the sake of an argument if the latest proof was dated in Dec 2015, things still could changed since then as well.

And it does appear Chris, Kramer and Klein have no direct links to the Fab 36, as it has been said. No current proof can be provided they are. The links have been posted several times * wink wink *

Also, no links that Blackburn still controls Treaty can be provided either. Though it's said he still does, because it makes sense that he is LOL .... Can you provide any links ???
