March 18, 6 trading days. 30 day waiting period to list on OTCQB after the Feb 18 approval. Expect to see PHOT on QB any date between 3/18-3/25 IMO.

Hegyi has provided a detailed 30-90 day outlook and is showing that he is serious about accomplishing his goals. Also stated he has balancing financing options and possible merger/acquisition in line. While removing employees who needed to be replaced. Curious to see who the board replacements are.
