the fact is they are in court and you guys post over and over how shady they folks they made the deal with are...so you keep saying they this HS about the complaint. The only fact is that there is a dispute over unauthorized selling of shares. Either it was a mistake or it was deliberate...and RX went after them. PEriod end of story,,,
