You just keep telling yourself that if that is what you want to believe, but the fact is, it is very doubtful this merger will ever happen. Time to stick a fork in this one. Yesterday, many were trying to put a positive spin on this bad news, obviously to protect the stock from crashing, but it is not only that, but as BARRENCE has pointed out, there is much much more! When there are these many red flags, you need to stop defending the company and demand some real answers. Only problem is, GDSI has been eerily silent for over 6 months. Doesn't that scare you at all? Because it should! NACVS has eviction notice on their door! Now Rontan not paying their employees on time & they strike! How long ago was this merger suppose to happen? Time to wake up - Cheers!
