Term Loan – On July 19, 2012 the Company entered into a thirty sixth-month term loan agreement with Chase Bank totaling $183,000. The loan accrued interest at 5.08% per annum. The loan was paid off in equal monthly principal and interest payments of $5,498 with the final payment on October 19, 2014
